I know it is hard to believe. I haven't always trusted my heart and lived from this place of blind faith and bold confidence.

Only four years ago, I was numbing out each night to the Real Housewives, a joint or a martini (or three), wondering how my life got so far off track (even though I had no idea what I was truly sent here to do).

I was cooking for two but eating as one - not being mindful of what I put into my body, whether it was junk food or weed or reality TV. I wasn't putting myself first except when it came to staying as detached and comfortable as possible.

When I did try to find a way out, I didn't know where to start (sound familiar?).

Not even a weekend of Spirit Junkie meditations and Tony Robbins' exclamations knocked me out of my snow-globe life. What I needed was a good shake to see things in a different light and that’s exactly what happened.

On July 3, 2016 my best friend died, my person, my ride or die, my first love and the day he died he began communicating with me in a what I had never experienced.

It was in that moment that I had a choice, numb what I was experiencing or follow the nudges I was receiving. I decided to follow the nudges and dove into the rabbit hole that was presented to me.

Over the next few months I was guided to Reiki, I moved out to California where I became a Holy Fire Reiki Master and my Mediumship blew wide open. My ancestors began channeling through to me for healings and I spent months clearing energy for my ancestors and lineage.

I was shown past lifetimes as a Shaman and Medicine Woman and experienced quantum healing through people, places and experiences I was guided to have. After each experience I would spend time integrating everything I learned.

In April of 2017 I was guided to leave LA and move to Miami where I was guided to learn sound healing, release the work as a medicine woman and share healing through sound and vibration.

It was here in Miami that The Glow Up was born. These programs are my life’s work that the universe gifted me to create. It is the embodiment of the healing work I have done and continue to do.
